TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All balances of camping fees must be paid in full on arrival.
All balances of booked holiday fees must be paid in full on arrival
Deposits are not returnable and non-transferable.
No refunds are given against dates booked either on arrival, in advance, or for early departures.
Please note - We are a family orientated site, but single people are welcome by arrangement. 

CAMPING CANCELLATIONS
Unforeseen circumstances may make it necessary for you to cancel your booking. In this event we will do out best to re-let it if the cancellation is received by us at least 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. If the pitch is not re-let you are liable to the outstanding balance, and we suggest that you take out insurance against this eventuality for a small premium. The details will be sent on receipt of your deposit.

LOG CABIN/HIRE CARAVAN CANCELLATIONS
Unforeseen circumstances may make it necessary for you to cancel your booking and to make sure that you have no trouble in covering the outstanding balance, we have arranged a cancellation insurance which is a condition of the booking. A form will be sent to you on receipt of your deposit, and the insurance company will confirm to us that they have received your premium. The cost is not very much and gives peace of mind all round.

Arrivals:     Camping/Tourers           Not before 11.30 a.m. please
                 Hire Caravans/cabins      Not before midday please
 

Departures: Pitches and hire vans to be vacated by 10.30 a.m. if you wish to stay on after this time please contact Reception. After 12 noon another day will be charged.

Radio and televisions must be kept at a low volume and should not be audible outside the caravan or tent.

Dogs are permitted, but must be on a lead at all times, and exercised off  site. We are sorry but dogs are not permitted in our log cabins/hire vans.

Photography is only permitted with the consent of those being photographed.

Holiday membership. There is a small charge of £2.50 for the duration of your stay per site or per caravan/log cabin
